Future Partners

Future Partners

Project Overview

In 2022, Kirsty Burnett approached us seeking a brand that could capture the strength and purpose of her new venture. With extensive experience in international development, her mission was to build the capability of consultants and organisations delivering development projects throughout the Pacific region.

Research and Strategy

Our renaming process began with uncovering the essence of Kirsty’s vision. Through a collaborative workshop, we explored what defined her work, international development, and what made her approach distinct: empowering people to take ownership of their own progress. Her motivation was deeply rooted in fostering genuine local engagement and long-term impact.

A detailed review of the sector helped us map the competitive landscape and understand how other organisations positioned themselves. This clarity allowed us to define a unique space for Kirsty’s venture, one that celebrated collaboration and human connection as the driving forces behind meaningful development.

From this insight, one word stood out: partnership. It reflected her belief that success depends on enabling and uplifting others. Our research and strategic groundwork provided a strong foundation for the naming process, guiding us toward a name that captured both her purpose and her method.

Naming

We recognised that for Kirsty, people always come first, their growth, their capability, their future. The name Future Partners emerged as a natural expression of that ethos, encapsulating both the collaborative spirit and the forward-looking ambition at the heart of her organisation.

Conclusion

Kirsty immediately embraced the new name and identity, feeling it perfectly captured her purpose and approach. With a clear, intuitive website to match, her organisation began collaborating even more effectively with partners across the Pacific, driving lasting impact and improving lives throughout the region.
